Refund Policy

The deep reading is a one-time digital purchase delivered instantly. Because of that, it isn't returnable once delivered — but if anything goes wrong on our end, we'll always refund or redo it.

What you're buying

The deep reading is digital content, delivered to you immediately after payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge — each purchase is a single, one-time reading.

Immediate delivery and the EU withdrawal right

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, that right does not apply once delivery has begun with your consent. By purchasing a deep reading and receiving it right away, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies to that reading.

When we will always refund you

If something went wrong on our side, we make it right. If your deep reading failed to generate, didn't appear, or was delivered incompletely due to a technical error, contact us and we will regenerate it or refund you in full — your choice.

If you were charged but received nothing, that's on us — we'll refund you.

How to request a refund

Email hello@nocturnary.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address or receipt from the transaction so we can find it. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Before you dispute a charge

If you don't recognise a charge or think something's wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. On your statement the charge appears as “Nocturnary.”
