These terms are between you and Evoq Sp. z o.o., which operates Nocturnary (nocturnary.com). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.

Nocturnary reads dreams for meaning, reflection, and interest, across three cultural and psychological traditions (Chinese 周公解梦, Western / Jungian, and the tradition of Ibn Sirin). It is offered for insight and self-reflection.

It is not a prediction of the future, and it is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Our motto is deliberate: meaning, not prophecy. Please don't make important decisions based on a reading.

The reading of your dream's symbols across all three traditions is free. You can optionally purchase a one-time deep reading — a longer, personalised interpretation of your specific dream, generated by AI. The price is shown clearly before you pay, and each purchase is for a single reading.

The deep reading is produced by an automated AI system interpreting the dream you wrote. It is creative and interpretive by nature — it may be imperfect, and different runs can differ. Treat it as a thoughtful prompt for reflection, not as fact or as advice to act on. Use your own judgement.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise the charge shown at checkout. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Please use Nocturnary lawfully and as intended. Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or abuse the service or its systems, don't submit other people's personal information unlawfully, and don't use it to harass or harm anyone.

The Nocturnary name, design, symbol library, and written content are ours and are protected. You keep ownership of the dream text you write. By submitting a dream, you allow us to process it to generate your reading as described in our Privacy Policy.

Dreams can touch on difficult feelings. Nocturnary is for reflection and interest only — it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling or in distress, please reach out to a doctor, a mental-health professional, or a trusted person in your life.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
